All ROVE products are currently sold out. Join our waitlist to be notified when the next drop becomes available. The following policies will apply to future orders.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (US)

  • • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $100
  • • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15
  • • Next Day Shipping: $30

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times vary by location (7-14 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that during product drops, processing times may be extended due to high volume.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at returns@rove.com to initiate a return
  2. Receive your prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack your items securely with original packaging
  4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location
  5. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Contact our support team to arrange an exchange. Due to limited inventory during drops, exchanges are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Non-Returnable Items

  • • Items marked as final sale
  • • Worn or washed items
  • • Items without original tags
  • • Items damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rove.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ROVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information.
